Dear Calgary House Buyers,
I just wanted to write a letter to express my gratitude to you.
When I found out that there was going to be a $28,000 payout penalty charged by the bank, I cried. I had fixed my house up for sale and was just going to list it when a friend mentioned that I should check with the bank in regards to the penalty. I had some real estate experience therefore I thought I was somewhat knowledgeable and thought I was only going to pay 3 months interest, but boy was I surprised. Only owning the house for a year and a half and with the market decrease, I stood a chance having to pay to get out of my house. I was devastated.
When you came to meet me at my house, you came with such kindness and compassion. You listened to what I needed and offered suggestions to help me get out of my situation. You took your time to explain the penalties as well as all the details in regards to the sale of my house. It felt more like having a conversation with a friend then it did with an investor. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. You accommodated my time frames and treated me with the utmost respect. I went from being devastated to being hopeful and then excited and then relieved.
I now can move on with my life and I have you to thank for that. I really appreciate all that you have done for me and my family and wish you the best in the future.
